What we collect
When you contact us or book a call we collect your name, email address and anything you choose to share about your goals. If you become a client we also keep session notes and, with your permission, practice recordings.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, send invoices and improve our programmes. We never sell your data.
Recordings
Practice recordings are stored privately, shared only with you and your coach, and deleted when your programme ends unless you ask us to keep them.
