Booking and payment
Sessions and programmes are paid in advance. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations count as a used session.
Refunds
If you are not happy after your first paid session, tell us and we will refund it in full.
