Inside a four week coaching sprint

What actually happens between the intro call and your big moment, week by week.

Many clients come to us with a date in the diary: a keynote, a pitch, an interview. A four week sprint is the most popular way to prepare. Here is what it looks like.

Week one: baseline

You record a short talk and we review voice, body language and structure together. You leave with two or three clear priorities.

Week two: message

We shape your content around a single, memorable idea and build an opening and close that carry it.

Week three: delivery

Practice runs on video, with specific feedback on pace, pausing and presence.

Week four: rehearsal

Full dress rehearsals, tough questions and a warm-up routine for the day itself.
